1. Precautions Before Use

Read the handling manual and the instructions attached to the machine, and become familiar with the correct way to use it.

Wear suitable clothing and protective gear when working.

When two or more people work together, make sure your movements are coordinated.

Check the condition of the universal joint before use.

Inspect the machine before each job (loose bolts and nuts, missing connecting pins, presence of grease/oil, etc.).

When adjusting any part, disengage the P.T.O. clutch and stop the engine first.

Before folding, make sure no one is nearby (folding type).

* Before every operation, check visually first and sound a warning signal.

2. Precautions During Use
  • Run a test for at least 5 minutes to confirm the machine is working properly.
  • Check that no people or obstacles are within the machine's turning radius before working.
  • Excessive force and heavy impacts can cause machine breakdowns.
  • Attach or detach the universal joint only after stopping the engine.
  • Do not ride anywhere other than the tractor's driver's seat.
  • If a problem occurs with the machine, stop the engine and inspect it.
  • If you must leave the tractor during work, always stop the engine and apply the parking brake. (If there is no parking brake, place chocks in front of and behind the wheels.)
3. Precautions While Driving
  • When driving on roads, disengage the P.T.O. clutch and lower the rotavator as far as possible without touching the ground.
  • Drive at a safe speed.
  • Always attach a reflective sign for night driving.
4. Precautions After Use
  • After work, wash with water, dry, inspect thoroughly, and top up any low oil. (Check so there are no problems the next time you use it.)
  • Support the machine and accessories so they do not fall over.
  • For long-term storage, use a protective cover to keep off snow and rain.
1. Insufficient Tilling Depth
  • Check the position of both side skids.
  • If the tractor lacks traction, move forward slowly.
  • If the ground is too hard, work it two or three times.
  • If the blades cannot dig into the ground, proceed slowly.
2. When the Soil Is Crushed Too Fine
  • Raise the rotavator.
  • Increase the tractor's speed.
3. When the Soil Is Not Crushed Enough
  • Lower the leveling blade.
  • Reduce the tractor's speed.
  • Avoid working in wet areas.
  • On implements with a leveling bar, raise or lower the bar so the soil stays close to the blades.
4. Blades Jamming on the Shaft
  • Avoid working in wet areas.
  • Raise the rotavator.
  • Reduce the tractor's speed.
  • Reduce the number of blades per flange from 6 to 4 (only on models that allow 4 or 6 blades).
  • Avoid tilling where grass is long, and clean residue caught on both ends of the blade shaft to prevent overheating.
5. When the Implement Bounces or Vibrates
  • Check whether debris is caught between the blades.
  • Check whether the blades are assembled incorrectly so they do not form a spiral or strike the ground bluntly first.
  • Check whether the blades are worn or damaged.
  • Check whether the blade shaft was deformed by an impact from debris during work.
6. Working on Slopes
  • Work up and down the slope.
  • Do not work in terraces along the contour lines; work up and down the slope.
1. Do Not Operate in These Cases
  • When you cannot concentrate due to fatigue, illness, medication or other reasons
  • When you have been drinking
  • When pregnant (applies to female operators)
  • People under 18 (minors)
  • People not skilled in operating the machine
2. Wear Clothing Suitable for Work
  • Do not work while wearing headbands, towels, waist towels and the like.
  • Wear a helmet and non-slip shoes, and clothing that is not loose.
  • * Failure to comply risks getting caught in the machine or slipping.
3. When Lending the Machine, Explain How to Handle It
  • Explain how to handle it, hand over the [instruction manual] before use, and make sure it is fully understood.
  • * Failure to comply risks fatal or injury accidents and damage to the machine.
4. Always Read the Tractor Manual When Attaching the Implement
  • Before attaching the implement to the tractor, always read and understand the tractor manual first.
  • * Failure to comply risks injury accidents or damage.
5. Inspect and Replace Upper and Lower Link Pins
  • If the machine comes loose from the tractor, crushing, pinching, entanglement and impact can cause injury.
  • * Every time you connect the machine, check the upper and lower link pins for defects.
6. Adjust the Balance Weights
  • When attaching a heavy implement or accessory to the tractor, fit the tractor maker's balance weights and adjust the balance.
  • * Failure to comply risks injury accidents or damage.
7. No Public-Road Driving with the Implement Attached
  • Do not drive on public roads with the implement attached.
  • Do not attach or detach the implement on public roads.
  • * Failure to comply violates road-management law; observe traffic regulations when driving on roads.
8. Do Not Modify the Machine
  • Do not modify the machine.
    (Doing so voids the warranty.)
  • Use only genuine or specified parts.
  • * Failure to comply risks accidents or machine failure.
